How do I put my versa 3 into 24 hour timing? (1200 1300 1400 etc.

I've seen you reached out to our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you with this inquiry. If you still need help, please feel free to contact our team back. 

On a side note, if your Versa 3 keeps showing in a wrong clock format, try switching to a clock face that actually shows the 24hr format. I have set a few clock faces that only show 12 hr format even when I have set my clock to 24 hrs. So, I recommend choosing a different clock face. Hi @Enjonel  - it's done on your Web dashboard profile settings.

Log into your settings here

Remember to hit Submit at the bottom and then sync the watch.
