I have walked up 7 flights of floors in an actual building, going in an upstairs direction. Not on a stair master. My brand new versa 3 (I've had it less than a week) shows no floors or stairs climbed. What gives? I've definitely gone over 10 feet. Both the app and the device are empty. And the phone is within 3 feet of my watch. It is painted correctly. GPS is approved for the device at all times in the app. And the device isn't in any type of power saving mode. Please help.

Hi @Missaftermath - to see if there is a problem with your watch you can try the SimpleFloors app.
The App shows the pressure detected by your watch and how environmental issues such as, going room to room, upstairs/downstairs, inside to outside, changes in temperature, etc.affect it.
If the App is not registering any pressure changes the sensor hole could be blocked or there is a watch fault or a fault in the firmware or it is simply necessary to restart the watch.
This App is only meant for checking purposes as it uses the battery a lot, but at least it will give you an idea if your watch is fine or if it is some other issue.
Note: If the hole is blocked be very careful cleaning it, treat it as kindly as a real ear drum, easily damaged.
Also try restarting the watch in case there is a minor issue How do I restart my Fitbit device?
