How do I change to 24 hour clock, says 0800 instead of 20.00?
Moderator edit: subject for clarity
Best AnswerThere are some clock faces that allow only 24 hour time. We have no way of knowing which clock face you're using.

Best AnswerI have the same issue on versa 2. On versa 2 there is NO OPTION to set up the clock format.
In other forums, fitbit people say that it takes the setting from your phone. This is just FALSE. My phone now shows 13:19 but on the fitbit versa 2 I see 1:19.
It is very annoying
Best AnswerGo to Fitbit.com and click on the gear icon at the upper right and then Settings. Scroll down to Clock Display Time and set it to 24 hour if that is what you want. Then scroll on down and click on Submit and then sync your tracker.
Best AnswerHi, I have done all if the steps to change my clock to 24 hour but it won't change even though it says it is 24 hr on fitbit.com. How do I fix this?
Best AnswerYou Have to go into Google or Safari and type in www.fitbit.com. Then login from there. Once logged in, click on settings. Then go to your profile, scroll down until you see clock type, Then you can change from 12 hour time to 24 hour time or vice versa. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to submit changes. Sync your device and it should be in the time display that you want. Hope this helps.
