Good evening
Absolutely disgusted with Fitbit customer service! I brought the versa 2 at the end April 2020. Been having problems with it since August. I now seeking to go back to fitbit tracker charge 4 and Fitbit customer service are just not helping me at all. I’ve nothing but trouble with versa 2 since I brought it. Whats happened to their customer service?

@SunsetRunner What are they not helping you with? You're way past the return period, so if you want a different model, you'd be on your own. Unless they offered a discount on a different one since you're still under warranty.

I bought a Versa 2 back in August, started screwing up data in general, had to be replaced a few months later, and new one is now so far off, I want to get a non-Fitbit smartwatch.
Today, sat in a Zoom meeting for roughly 2 hours, walked maybe 10-15 steps to get something around the end of my desk: the watch recorded over 1000 steps - me -- sitting down! Watch worn in exactly the same place, same arm, none of my other data that they say may impact step count has changed.
And don't get me started on customer service!

I want fitbit to have better customer service! I don’t expect a product that is £200 to break within 6mths and then get no help from customer service.... Thats no way to run a business or how you should treat customers!
