Hi @Rrrp It should be pretty easy. Plug the charger into a USB outlet and stick the magnetic end of the charger on the back of the Versa. It will only stick one way. If it doesn't start to charge then wriggle it a bit. If nothing happens try a different USB port or wall plug but if that doesn't work then return it to the store you bought it from. Contact Fitbit Support if you bought it from the online Fitbit store.

@Rrrp Look at the back of the watch. You can see the charging pins. Line them up with the charger pins. squeeze the charger sides to open it a bit and place the watch inside. Plug it into a USB port. Depending how low it is, should take up to an hour or hour and a half. It's not recommended to charge overnight.
@NellyG The Versa 2 doesn't have a magnetic charger.
