How do I contact fitbit support?

My.versa 3 is doing one of those things I read about where it's stuck on the logo. I can not even restart. I habe tried holding rhe side button, tapping the side button, but there is no vibration and.nothing works. I found an article in the fitbit forum about deleting my versa from my.acclunt, restarting, etc, but nothing gets thst logo away and no amount of pressing the side button produces a vibration.

I have seen people say they contacted fitbit for help. I went.to.my app and on the help section it just takes you to the manual section of fitbit website. I thought it was a chat function! How do I contact the fitbit help representatives? And has anyone solved this?

Hi @yunnun - You should be able to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
