Time is only set by syncing your watch with your device. For Time Zone, go to Fitbit.com and click on the gear icon at the upper right and then Settings.  Scroll down to Time zone and set it correctly.  Then scroll on down and click on Submit and then sync your tracker.

my Versa ran out of juice and after charging the device, the time is incorrect. I tried syncing with App, I can sync the steps but time in device still incorrect. Have unchecked auto time setting and restarted my device, even tried unpairing and pairing device with iPhone again. Nothing works. Help!

I was so frustrated with the incorrect time on my Fitbit, after trying
several things to correct the time..I just wore it and after a very short
while...the time was correct. I have no idea why but it’s the correct time
now. I’m not going to let it completely die as far as charging like I did
this last time. I hope your time is correct by the time you read this.

I'm having the same problem with my Versa. How long did it take for the correct time to reappear on your watch?  I've tried everything to fix it and nothing works.

Thanks for your reply.  I'll charge it overnight and see if that helps.
