How do I delete music from my Fitbit Versa?

I downloaded a Fitbit music station that connected to my Pandora. I now can’t delete it. I’ve tried and it keeps showing an error to try again later. I unlinked my pandora account. I managed to delete it from my Pandora playlists but it is still on my phone and is taking one of the 3 spots for my stations. I tried technical support chat but that isn’t an option.

Hi there @Cat2573, it's nice to see you around. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for taking the time troubleshoot your Versa prior to contacting us. I've seen that your chat with our Support Team got disconnected, however, I'm here to help you.

Use your computer to choose which playlists to delete or use the Fitbit app on your phone to delete all music stored on your watch without needing to connect to Wi-Fi. Note that you can add new playlists and delete existing ones at the same time.

To delete individual playlists:

  1. Plug your watch into the charger.
  2. Open Fitbit Connect on your computer > Manage My Music. Note that your watch and computer must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  3. On your watch, open the Music app and then tap Transfer Music. Note that you may need to scroll down to see the transfer button.
  4. Wait a few moments for your watch to connect. After your watch connects, on your computer screen you’ll see the list of playlists downloaded to your watch.
  5. Click the checkbox next to the playlist(s) you want to delete. The update will begin immediately.

Delete all music:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab

our profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Media Personal Music.
  3. Tap Remove All Personal Music

Hope this helps, let me know if you need further assistance.
