I need to periodically send a message from my Device to the server via HTTP request. The message should contain user id, name, email or any other user or device information. Is it possible to get "User ID" or any id to indicate which user using device or companion API?

Can you please be more clear about what you would like to do from your Versa? You want to send texts from it? Keep in mind that if you have an Android device, you have the quick reply option. You can edit those text in order to reply with the content you prefer.
