Hi. My Fitbit has me having done over 13000 steps. Its not correct as it is only 10:40 am and I got up at 9 am. Why is it doing this?

If your Versa is registering extra steps, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
Let go of the buttons.

After the restart process, test it. Also, have you manually logged any type of activity that might provided you with those extra steps?
