Hello,
I have a versa2 that has the latest firmware and I am in the US but I do not see the option to turn on irregular heart rate notifications in assessment and report are of the discovery tab.

Hello @FrankTheTank99 and welcome. Fitbit is still in the process of rolling out this feature. Fitbit says it will take weeks to get it to all eligible users. Please be patient. I'm waiting, too.

As @LZeeW has mentioned, the new Irregular Rhythm Notification (PPG) feature has increased rollout to 50%. If you don't have this option yet, please check later.
