So I stupidly brought my wife a Fitbit Versa and it has been nothing but a headache ever since.
Now on our fourth device that was sent about a month ago and low and behold it has stopped working. So go to support do the usual checks. Suprise suprise it's faulty so what option so we get, we can send another on or get some money off a new one.
Firstly who is going to buy another one of your products if 4 of them have stopped working in about 2 years.
I have seen they like to hide behind there terrible terms and conditions but these guys are just robbing people out of hundred of pounds for terrible products.
Has any one outside the 45 day window got a refund from Fitbit?

@Odyssey13 thanks for this have seen the warranty and return information, but am now on the 4th faulty watch am I expected just to keep returning these to Fitbit and waste my time talking to support?
Seems like there are major issues with their products as I am not a unique case

I have had the same issues! My mom bought me a fit bit versa in the rose gold, my first one stopped working at six months. I called fitbit and was sent a replacement watch, 2 months later that one stopped working. Called fitbit again and was sent the versa 2 in rose gold and here we are less then 5 months later and my versa stopped working last night. Absolutely terrible products!!! I already canceled my premium subscription and will never purchase anything from fitbit again.. as im typing this my fitbit is turning itself on and off.
