Alright so I just got a Versa 2 smart watch for Christmas and was super excited to set it up. When I downloaded the app and opened it, it just crashed. I have an Android 9 Moto Z3 (I know it's not on the compatibility chart but Moto Z is) When I go to my phone storage it doesn't show up there. Please help (and don't say uninstall and reinstall or turn off and back on again I tried that)

Wait never mind I just had to move the app from my micro sd storage to my internal storage. So short answer: if you're having this problem and you have a micro SD in move it to internal storage
