How do I get my heart rate while sleeping?

As long as you wear the unit to bed it should continue to monitor and record your heart rate. Check the heart rate tile for the record. If you go to sleep before midnight then the heart rate for the sleep will be split between one day the the next. At this time I don't believe the sleep tile breaks out the sleeping heart rate separately.
