When I do this I get the logo screen with a msg to download the fitbit app to get started. I can't get past this.

@DABLRB that message means that your fitbit is not connected to your account. Have you been through the setup process?
Best Answerhave tried several times, doesn't find my Versa. I have no other bluetooths on and the Versa has already been paired to my computer. I have done all 7 steps recommended.
Best AnswerI just shut the bluetooth off on the computer and turned it on on the phone. The phone found my Versa 🙂
