I paired mt Versa with a Tunez speaker to try out the music app. Now I'm trying to pair it with my MPOW headset and all it shows is the Tunez. How can I remove the Tunez so I can pair with the headset??

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Please note that your Versa can be connects with up to 8 Bluetooth audio devices meaning that you don't need to remove the one you have paired in order to connect another one. Nevertheless, if you still want to remove it, please follow these steps:

  1. On the Versa, go to the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down and select Bluetooth.
  3. Tap on "Remove"
  4. On the list, select the Bluetooth device you want to remove from the watch.

Now, if you want to pair a new Bluetooth device on your watch:

  1. Start by activating pairing mode on your Bluetooth headphones, speaker, or other audio device.
  2. On your watch, open the Settings app and then scroll down and tap Bluetooth.
  3. Tap + Audio Device. Your watch searches for nearby devices.
  4. When your watch finds nearby Bluetooth audio devices, it shows a list on the screen. Tap the name of the device you want to pair.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

I removed my Bluetooth earphones from my Versa, in one of my many attempts to sync my Pandora Plus account. Now, I still have no Pandora, nor will my Versa identify the Bluetooth earphones. I am so fed up with this device.

When I go to the Bluetooth section I only get the option to add a device. I do not get an option to remove. Any thoughts?

Same with me. No option to remove bluetooth device. Before it has, and then for some reason, my redmi airdots stop pairing. So I was actually trying to remove it and then pair again. But I no longer see the remove device.
