I have forgotten my password how can I reset it.

To better assist you, would you mind giving me more details of the password you need to reset? Is it for your Fitbit account or the device lock?

In the meantime, I'd recommend checking these two help articles for further assistance How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit device? and How do I change or reset my Fitbit password?
