My versa is asking for a 4 digit PIN but I have not yet created one, I tried going through the app but I can't find anything for a 4 digit PIN

Hi, try restarting your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. This should solve your problem as you did not enter a pincode at all. The Versa will only need a pincode to be activated when you use the Wallet function to pay with your Versa.
