I have forgotten my pass code, how do I change it please?

If you're referring to the PIN code for the device lock feature, please follow the steps provided by @JohnnyRow.

 

On the other hand, if you're referring to the password to long in to the Fitbit app, see How do I change or reset my Fitbit password?
