I need to reset my Versa because it is not showing my heart rate or my steps. I think I need help.

@tkeehl Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not showing your heart rate or steps walked. I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after restarting your Versa as advised my friend @Rich_Laue.
In addition, please visit this help article, which provides some tips for this issue. Also, make sure that your Versa is not being worn too tight.

Dear Rich,
I received your email and I thank you for it. However, I do not know how to turn it off or on. It talks about the small hole in the bank and you are not to stick anything in there. So how do I accomplish this? Also my Fitbit has been performing an update for about 14 hours. I don't feel this is correct either. Should I just contact the company for help?

Tap on the Versa in the help doc for instructions.
Now if you want to turn the versa off
Swipe to settings
Tap
Swipe up to about
Tap
Swipe up to shutdown and tap.

@tkeehl The information that shared my friend @Rich_Laue is helpful and correct. As a side note, I'd like to share the Versa manual, in case you need to consult some features or extra info about your Versa.
