I found a Fitbit Versa near the large elevators on the Southwest concourse up from the train station on Sunday May 12. It is now with me at home in Oregon. How do I locate the owner to return it to them? I know the model number (after removing the wristband) but can't find a serial number and it seems to be out of power. Any ideas? Thanks, Chris.

Hi @ColoradoChris - that's kind of you to take the time to come on here.
If the watch still has battery life, swipe the watch face to the left, select settings, scroll down to About Versa, then System info and note the MAC address - this is a unique identifier.
If you can contact Fitbit support they may be able to trace the owner. Support link is below when you open this in the forums.

I contacted support on the chat line. they said they had no way to assist me and suggested I scrap/recycle the FitBit if I couldn't return it to the Phoenix airport lost and found. I guess the owner is out of luck. I tried.

@ColoradoChris - thanks so much for trying and your time, you could still leave your contact information with lost and found just in case the owner tries there.
