@ValerieTTT9 unless you delete your account, your Premium membership remains, as long as it's paid for. Premium goes with the specific account, so you're fine logging in and out.

Hi @ValerieTTT9 you can easily sign in and out and not lose your data. Be sure not to delete your account as that surely will remove access to the data.
