I downloaded the bitmoji clock face when it first came out. Now after disconnecting bitmoji/snapchat from my Fitbit, I can not get rid of the bitmoji clock face or get my previous own picture back on. I have disconnected, factory reset and still nothing. Anyone else have or had this issue?

Hi @Brnidgrl, have you tried going into the Clock Face gallery and changing the Clock Face back the one you originally had?
If you can't do that, I would tell the phone to "forget" your Versa in the Bluetooth settings and repair the connection. I would also go into the phone and clear the cache for the Fitbit app. Whenever we open an app, we open files that have been stored on the phone for that app. By clearing the cache, you are telling the phone to delete those files. I often do this when I have issues with other apps and it works great!
If that doesn't work, I would contact Support (link at the bottom of the page) and tell them all the troubleshooting you've done (thanks for doing that by the way, that will save everyone time!) and see what they have to say.
