Hi @Summerglen - once the watch has been set up in the Fitbit App so that it is connected to your account it should automatically sync with the app when your phone and watch are nearby firca while..
However you can force this by opening the Fitbit App on your phone and pull down on the display and watch the little green progress batvatvthe top move while it syncs.
If this is not working you may need to restart the watch and logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Login again and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and pull down to sync.
