How do I sync my Vera lite, I have not used it in a couple of months.

Hi @Donnapbe be sure you've update the app and gotten the latest firmware for your Versa Lite. Here is the manual - click. Be sure to restart the device a few times since it hasn't been used lately. Sometimes a battery dies and it's harder to get it to come back to life.
