How do I sync my Versa while traveling?

I am unable to sync my watch.  I am traveling and realized that I left my dongle at home.  I thought that my device would work even when using my cell phone, which it isn't.

Any suggestions or recommendations?

Hi there, @SherryRed. Thanks for the details provided in your post. 

If your phone meets the requirements listed here and it has internet connection either via Wi-Fi or cell data, your Versa should sync without any issues. 

If you continue having syncing difficulties, please make sure that your time zone is set correctly. The time on your Fitbit device may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. Sync your Fitbit device to see the correct time.
