While reading your post I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

To get more detailed information about the synchronization, see: How do Fitbit devices sync their data? or if the synchronization is failing, follow the troubleshooting steps at: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I'd recommend taking a look at the article: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device? and How do I track exercises and activity with my Fitbit device?

In regards to your question, manually log the exercise in the Fitbit app by following the steps below:

  1. Tap the Today tab .
  2. On the Exercise tile , tap the + icon > Log (iOS) or Log Previous (Android).
  3. Tap a recent activity, or search for an exercise type.
  4. Enter the activity details, and tap Add (iOS) or Log it (Android).

Let me know if there's anything else I may do to assist you with.
