How do I turn off sleep mode and DND on my Versa 3?

Hi,

Hope you can help. My Versa 3  'Do not disturb' mode and 'Sleep' mode are both stuck im the 'On' positions. Please can somebody help.

Hi there, @Anthea20. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. 

Please note that you can't turn on do not disturb and sleep mode at the same time. So, I'd like to confirm which of the two you have turn on right now? For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device? 

If you're following the instructions above, but still cannot turn off either sleep mode or DND, please restart your Versa 3. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hi there,

I know I shouldn't be able to have sleep mode and DND both turned on but
they are!
I have tried to reset my Versa 3 but it still doesn't work.
Am I missing something?

@Anthea20 Did you try swiping right to open the quick settings and then turn off both DND and sleep mode?

I am having the same problem.  The display is too dim and will not come on with wrist motion, both worked before.  Both the sleep setting and the DND setting are greyed out and can’t be changed. I have reset the device multiple times and turned it off and back on to no avail. Please help.

Hi @Jtorsfan -  you only need to swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings, and there you can adjust the icons to remove Sleep, do not disturb, always on and add wrist wake.

That is exactly what I did, that’s where they are greyed out (quick settings) and will not let me change the settings for sleep and dnd!! 
so what now?

@Jtorsfan - have you tried to do a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu? Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

 

Then check Quick Settings again, disable sleep.

 

If the issue remains chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
