Hi there, @Annjanet29. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums.
To remove SpO2 tracking, change your clock face to one not listed in the SpO2 clock face category:
For more information, see How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?
Nevertheless, please note that your Versa battery should last up to 4 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or animated clock faces. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.
That being said, please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.
Hope that helps.

HI @Annjanet29 - in addition, if you already have another non SpO2 clock face installed, all you need do is select it as the current one in the Fitbit App Gallery tile, or using the Clocks app on your watch.
When you are not using the SpO2 clock face as the main face, in the Gallery click it, without selecting it, and and scroll down to Remove clock face.
