I’ve tried resetting my pin and changing it but it just comes up with this error, what do I do?
I’ve literally had it since christmas and was taking off the band when the pin stopped coming up, i’m assuming it timed out or something. Please help.
Is the tracker telling you to unlock with the phone?
Hopefully someone may know about this error.
I assume you have tried with the phone connected through both WiFi and cellular.?
I really advise setting the pin for Fitbit pay only.
