Hi  My son gave me his fitbit versa 2 <after buying a new fitbit>  Im trying to set it up on my iphone but It keeps telling me to unlock it from my phone   I downloaded the App and have tried numerous times to reset it but I keep getting unlock from phone message  Help!

Hello @GregLG and welcome to the Community.  Your son set the device lock with a four digit PIN code.  Ask him for the code.
