My fitbit is locked. Red screen saying unlock from phone. How do I unlock from phone

@Hegs88 It seems that your Versa 3 is no longer connected to your Fitbit app, so I suggest to perform a factory reset by following these steps:

However if the tracker is still connected to your fitbit account, all you have to do is set a new password. This should take no more than 20-30 seconds.

Tracker
Device Lock
The code to unlock phone
Set New Password.
