This morning when I went to my aqua fitness class and wanted to put my Fitbit in "swim" mode, it wouldn't work. It never showed the options I have set and it just looped back to the exercise icon.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @bskts4ver
Have you tried restarting your Versa 3? You won’t lose any data doing a restart and it might help resolve your issue. Just press down and hold the Versa 3 button until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You will feel the Bersa 3 vibrate indicating the Versa 3 did indeed restart. Now try putting your Versa 3 into swim mode. Hopefully this works.
😃 Please let me know if this answers your question and repairs the problem.

Thanks for your response
I did what you said, but instead of the Fitbit Logo, the exercise icon shows up and the watch does vibrate, but it's not resetting.

Hello again @bskts4ver
I wonder if it’s stuck on an exercise. Try to swipe up and tap the end icon > End. Your workout summary appears. Tap Done to close the summary screen.

@bskts4ver I wear a Versa 3 and am having a hard time understanding what you are seeing on your screen. When I think of the exercise icon, I think of the orange icon, but it is on the screen with three other app icons. So I don't know what you mean by the exercise icon if you are only seeing one thing on your screen. Can you describe it in different words, please? Are you seeing Swim with the orange arrow to start? Something else? Or post a screenshot of your device face?
The Versa 3 button can be cranky. A successful reset turns the screen off for 8-10 seconds, the logo appears, a little more time goes by, then your clock face appears. If you didn't see this, then you didn't get a successful restart -- your screen went dark due to the screen timeout. Try again. Sometimes I must do this four or five times to get the logo to appear. Like I wrote, the button is cranky and I get vibrations, but not a restart.
