I seemed to have inadvertently entered my password on my watch and am now locked out. It's say unlock by phone. My phone is not synced with my watch. What can I do?

Have you tried @Guy_'s recommendation?
As per the description of your post, it seems that your Versa 3 is no longer paired to your phone. With that being said, I suggest to perform a factory reset by following these steps:
If you change again your phone in the future, please make sure to remove your Fitbit device from the phone's Bluetooth settings to avoid this from happening again.

That is not working for me. Just keeps coming back to Unlock with Phone. 😞
