How do I unlock my Versa?

My younger brother has disabled my fitbit versa and it says unlock with phone. I tried fixing the problem by setting up a new device but by mistake i replaced it with my versa. And when i tried setting it up by adding a new device the 4 digit pin is not being shown on the screen. How do I unlock my Versa now. Pls Help!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the steps tried prior posting. Let me explain that the process to unlock your Versa is done in the Fitbit app and it's required to have your watch paired to your account. Since your watch seems to have been removed, I've requested a case on your behalf so our Support team can look into this and help you out. Please note that due to recent events affecting our operations there might be a delay in their reply, but they'll get in touch with you soon.
