How do Versa 3 alarms work?

Hi @dlstan  no, the alarms on your phone will not go to your Fitbit. Only the alarms set on the Fitbit will receive notifications.

As @Odyssey13 has shared with you, only the alarms you set directly on your Inspire 3 will go off. Regarding the battery question, no, the alarms won't ring on your phone. Your Inspire 3 won't pick the alarms you have set on your phone neither your phone or Fitbit app will ring to notify you about the alarms you've set on your Inspire 3 if it runs out of battery.
