Hi, my Versa 3 tracks my sleep and everything.
The problem is every data syncs with the fitbit app except for sleep data. I also cannot manually log my sleep in the fitbit app.
I have tried factory reset, soft reset, unpair device, and updated firmware, but still not able to solve this issue. Any advice?
