No sleep data on Versa 3 for a week. 

Have unpaired and repaired. 

Exercise data syncing, not sleep

I tried those suggestions, but no luck. 

I did a factory reset of the watch, and it is now working  - thank you very much

To start, I recommend ensuring your Fitbit app is up-to-date. An outdated version can cause compatibility issues.

Next, try restarting your Versa 3 and setting up your device again. Make sure to complete any pending updates for your watch.
