I’ve had my versa for about 2 years. My Fitbit was not working so I had decided to factory reset it ( wasn’t syncing after multiple attempts ). After I’ve factory reset it , its screen is fully black, it does vibrate but after abit it vibrates uncontrollably, I spent £170 pounds on this watch! I am so disappointed.
Update: It also doesn’t reset, hard reset or reboot I’ve tried !!!!!
