Hi! as soon as I click to "disable" it keep asking me for the pin, I do not have the chance to leave it off 😞

Currently, the latest firmware version for your Fitbit Versa 2 is 72.1.19 as stated in this article. For instructions on how to check your current version  and update please visit this site.

 

In addition, you can restart your Watch by following these instructions.
