Dear team,
Post workout yesterday, my Fitbit versa 2 is not showing my heart rate and the LED lights at the back are also not working.
I've tried the following troubleshoot methods:
- I have tried cleaning it,
- I did a factory reset,
- I've tried switching off the heat rate syncing and switching it on again,
- I've even restarted the device twice yet there is no improvement.
My Fitbit was gifted to me as a present on March 11, 2021.
Any other suggestions on how do I troubleshoot it.

Hello Andrea,
I did connect with the support team on chat and further on mail, however they were not able to tell me any steps to troubleshoot further. Instead i was told that my product doesn’t meet the replacement requirements of the warranty policy.
Please let me know if there's any way i can make my Fitbit work again.

Thanks for getting back to us and for letting us know that you contacted our team and were told that your Versa 2 is out of warranty @Malavika_Rao.
I understand how frustrating this could be and have seen that if you disable HR and restart your device, enable it and restarting again helps. You can try that but if you have followed support's team advise it might not help.

Hello Andrea,
Your idea to disable HR and restarting my device, enable it and restarting again, and the lights have started flashing again, but they are dim. Sadly the heart rate is not getting detected it simply shows --
Any suggestions?

I'm having this SAME EXACT ISSUE and it just started about a week ago after I updated the Fitbit. It was working perfectly fine before and now my HR is either stuck at 114 or doesn't show and my green light doesn't come on anymore. Talked to chat support, they disconnected while I waiting for their response and no one seems to have answers. I'm so frustrated but glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. Lemme know if you find a solution please!
