How do you sync a new Versa2 when you still have your old Versa2 on your Fitbit account?

Hello @Margandjan and welcome to the Community forum. You can't have two if the same device on your account at the same time. You must remove the first Versa 2 from your account and delete it from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone in order to set up the new Versa 2.

Note that you can't connect multiple devices that use the Fitbit Gallery to one account. For Fitbit Versa series, only connect one of these devices to your account at a time. Check: How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?
