How do you turn Bluetooth on?

how do u put bluetooth on so i can use my phone i have a sony xperia phone it saying bluetooth is off how do i put it on it it saying to update tracker software how do i do all this

I did go back to factory reset it look like the Wi-Fi not connecting

What do I have to do so Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth connect with my phone I have a Sony Xperia

I go to

(Start update) and it come back to say

Not working?

1) Keep your Versa nearby

2) Enable Bluetooth

3) Make sure you have an active internet connection

4) Make sure your batter is charged

Hi @lucy101   you need to set your phone to allow for wifi and/or mobile data. Your phone isn't on the list of compatible devices. Bluetooth is turned on the phone, not the Fitbit.

Bonjour,

1 désinstallé l'application fitbit

2/ recréer un compte

3/ réinitialiser la versa fitbit 2

4/ syncroniser avec le nouveau compte

5/ donner toutes les autorisation téléphone + application diverses dans le
téléphone et l'application fitbit
