How do you un reset your fitbit versa

My fitbit was not updating so i reset it now i dont no how to, un reset it i have been searching it up on the internet but it kept on saying that how do you reset not un reset it so i thought that you guys could help

A reset ie restart is simply telling the tracker to restart its firmware. I'm not sure what an unrestart would be. 

@huskies_mc and @Lukasw  what is the procedure you are referring to when you say that a reset was down?
