Has anyone else had this issue mine will sync when I’m not wearing it when I put it on it stops any suggestions on what could be wrong wot be appreciated

Your tracker syncs when not wearing it. Where is the tracker when not wearing it. Is it on the charger, charging?

When your wearing the tracker, are you saying that the tracker does not sync or is it that the tracker turns off.
