@sparky12   The ECG app requires certain hardware in the device.  The Versa 3 doesn't have it.  The Sense, Sense 2, and Charge 5 are the devices with the hardware.  The Versa 3, like many current Fitbits, offers Irregular Rhythm Notifications.  The Irregular Rhythm Notifications use the optical heart rate monitor.  Please see this Help article for more information.  How do Fitbit's Irregular Rhythm Notifications Check for Atrial Fibrillation (Afib)?
