How many green HR lights should flash

My Fitbit Versa's heart rate monitor stopped flashing for the first time since buying it about a month ago. I reset the device and I now have a green flashing light once again.

 

Can someone please confirm that I should only have one green light flickering and not two like on my Charge 2.

Mine only has one. There are 4 rectangles on the back, the second from left is the green light.
