How to Factory reset versa using the buttons?

I saw multiple threads with an answer on how to press the buttons but nothing works. ALso it cannot be connected to the charger while being pressed. Any help on how to do reset is much appreciated.

Try this procedure, and let us know if that fixes it.

1. Connect the Fitbit Versa to the charging cable.
2. Hold all 3 buttons for about 15 seconds, until the Fitbit logo appears.
3. When the Fitbit logo disappears release the Bottom Right button, then keep holding the Left and Top Right button until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated. This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the static logo will appear and the device will boot the image on the factory slot (Says go to Fitbit.com/setup). If you fail to release the 'Bottom Right button' in time, or otherwise don't follow the procedure the static logo will reappear quickly and boot without factory reset.

Edit: I see what you mean about the charging cradle. Try performing the procedure, but without the Versa in the dock. Some have reported that works for them.
