I looked at an ad for a clock face, and now instead of a clock face I have a request for payment.  How to cancel this request?

If the clock face was developed by a third party, please get in touch with the developer to get further assistance. You can find the contact information in the app/clock face description.

 

Whether it was developed by Fitbit, please provide me with the name of the clock face for further investigation.
