How to change between Deezer profiles?

My husband and I have been unsuccessful in trying to download music to Versa, so only option was to pay for Deezer. We got a family account, so we each have a profile. I cannot figure out how to switch to his profile to download his songs.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you've found when trying to transfer music to your Versa. Please note that in order to change Deezer profiles in your Versa, please go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Versa > Media > Deezer. Here, in the Deezer settings, log out from your profile and log in with your husband's, this way you'll be able to see his playlists and add them to your Versa.

You cant change between family members but the next thing you could do is click the 3 dots on your favourited tracks and click add to playlist and theyll all be added to one then u can click share on the playlist and if u click more options it should come up with deezer then you can send it to the master account and the master account has to heart the playlist then add it. Ik its difficult but the best you can do

@MarcoGFitbit : The problem is not to change account but account's profile.

As she said, a Deezer family account can have 5 profiles. When you use deezer on fitbit, you log in to the main account and then you can't choose your profile so you are stuck to the master profile which is not the one you want everytime.
